How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the UAE takes 2-4 working days.
Delivery outside of the UAE takes 10 – 15 working days.
Please note, for COD orders, the friendly SportBaby team will call you to confirm your order ahead of processing the shipment. If we cannot reach you, your order will be canceled.
Shipping Outside the UAE
When shipped outside the UAE, SportBaby items may be subject to import duties and taxes. SportBaby does not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. These costs will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery of your items and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Duty and tax rates vary from country to country and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. COD service is currently available only in the UAE.
